With a little over 2 weeks to go until the National Franchise Exhibition our team are all set and looking forward to meeting all the delegates and fellow exhibitors. It will be a busy 2 days of workshops, presentations and seminars. Ian Nash
With over 30 years of Corporate and Commercial Banking experience Ian was more latterly the Head of Business Banking for HSBC in the Thames Valley leading a team of 12 Relationship Managers and supporting 1600 customers across all sectors. He has an in depth knowledge of all funding solutions inclusive of Commercial Mortgages, Loans, Invoice Finance, Asset Finance, Overdrafts and Trade Finance.
Ian is committed to providing an excellent client experience which is achieved by utilising his professional network, connecting businesses with common interests to enable opportunities for growth and using his experience to provide the right funding solution and partner to suit any requirement.
Sam Jones QFP
Sam is the NGI Franchising Funding Business Development Manager and one of our resident business franchising specialists. He joined NGI in February 2018 following a 10-year career as a commercial insurance broker. Sam consults on all aspects of franchising which includes business planning, business loans and asset finance. He achieved his QFP in February 2023.
Alex Innocenti
Alex has recently joined NGI Finance as an Account Manager and has just started his career within financial services. After university, Alex gained corporate experience in the education technology sector assisting schools and colleges strategise and formulate forward thinking IT networks and systems.
Chris Roberts QFP
Chris is an experienced qualified franchise and funding professional, providing a variety of services to Franchisees and Franchisors through three different BFA affiliated businesses. Services provided include business training and consultancy, business planning and health checks, exit planning and help with funding. Chris is also a regular speaker at Franchise conferences and exhibitions.
Glyn Jones
Glyn started his career with Midland Bank (now HSBC) in 1979, and after working in the branch network where he attained his professional qualification to become an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, he enjoyed a varied management career.
He has vast experience of looking after a diverse portfolio of SME businesses.
Now working with NGI Franchise Funding Glyn acts as a consultant helping new franchisees to prepare their business plans and obtain the necessary funding they need to start / expand their business.
Keith Cawkwell
Keith started his career with NatWest in 1980, working within the branch network, he advanced to become a Branch Manager, ultimately controlling groups of branches. During this time, he completed his professional qualifications to become an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. In 2001 he also achieved a 1st class honours degree in Financial Services.
Keith has been working within the Franchising sector since 2002 and was recognised with a nomination for a NatWest Specialist Sectors Achievers Award. Over that time, he has worked with an array of franchisors and franchises with the completion of finance applications and continues to offer the same support under the NGI Franchise Funding brand.
